She is the founder of Capital Legacy Counseling, where she focuses on creating clear, personalized estate plans and guiding families through trusts, wills, and real-property planning.
Ruby holds a J.D. from Catholic University, an Executive Master’s in Leadership from Georgetown University, and a B.B.A. from James Madison University. With prior experience in major law firms, public sector organizations, and corporate finance roles at companies like AstraZeneca and Leidos, she brings a unique blend of legal, financial, and operational expertise to her practice.
